DONEGAL County Council has dealt with a number of large residential and retail planning applications over the past week.
Jonathan Bradley has applied for permission to build 25 houses at Dromore, Killygordon.
The proposed development will consist of the upgrade of the existing road adjoining the site and connection to the public effluent treatment plant.
Galmendoh Developments has been granted permission for a mixed use building at Chestnut Road, Ballybofey. The proposed development will consist of a basement car park, retail and office accommodation and 20 apartments.
Frazer Campbell has been granted permission to build 13 houses at Ringclevan, Dunfanaghy. There were two objections to the development.
Spacecraft Property Ltd has been granted permission for six houses at Rockhill, Portnablagh.
Meanwhile, Letterkenny Town Council has granted retention permission Bonagee United Football Club for two astro turf football pitches and flood lighting at Bunagee, Letterkenny.
Patrick J Doherty has been granted permission for two warehousing units and new access road at Dromore, Letterkenny.
