A DUBLIN man was beaten unconscious on Arranmore Island on Sunday morning last.
The man who was on Arranmore celebrating a stag weekend was badly beaten by two individuals outside the Smugglers nightclub around 4am on Sunday morning.
The man was unconscious for up to an hour following the assault and the lifeboat was called out to transport the injured party to the mainland and then by ambulance to Letterkenny General Hospital.
Garda are investigating.
