The funeral took place yesterday morning (Thursday) of Adrian McGrath, Glenswilly, following his tragic death in the early hours of Monday morning.
He was last seen close to the Port Bridge and his body was subsequently recovered from the River Swilly on Monday afternoon.
Mr McGrath from Castlereagh in Glenswilly was 25-years-old. He is survived by his parents Bernard and Patricia, his sister Noelle and brother Brian.
A large crowd of Adrian's family, friends and neighbours attended his funeral Mass which was celebrated by Father Hugh Sweeney in St Columba's Church, Glenswilly, during 11 o'clock Mass yesterday morning. He was buried immediately afterwards in Kilpheak cemetery.
