A prestigious landmark property on Main Street is to be sold at public auction next month, with an asking price of ¤1.75 million. The former ACC bank premises enjoys Main Street frontage and has private car parking to the rear of the three storey building.
The ACC bank relocated to Rossview Business Park last year. Farren and Roarty, Auditors and Accountants, occupy the first and second floors of the building.
Originally owned by the Munster and Leinster Bank the property at 45 Upper Main Street was purchased by ACC Bank almost thirty years ago.
Sherry Fitzgerald Rainey are the selling agents for the property which will be sold by public auction at the Mount Errigal Hotel on Tuesday, November 14, unless previously sold.
Mr Dermot Rainey, Sherry FitzGerald Rainey, said that the building was being offered for sale with vacant possession of ground floor.
