DANIEL O'Donnell's house has been sold to the business man behind Ireland's psychic phone lines for almost ¤3 million.
Tom Higgins, the business man behind the Irish Psychics Live, sealed the deal on the eight-bedroom house in Kincasslagh last week. Overlooking the Atlantic Daniel's home has been on the market since August last. It brings to 10 the number of homes Higgins owns around the world. These include a large house in Wicklow from which he runs his Psychic and premium phone services empire as well as properties in Alicante and Malaga in Spain.
Daniel personally designed the "Donegal Shore" house which sits on a one acre site on the cliff edge overlooking the Atlantic. It has three reception rooms and a detached three car garage with extensive landscaping and spectacular views.
Daniel plans to move to a smaller house with his wife Majella McLennan and her two teenage children.
Higgins plans to become Ireland's first space tourist and has paid ¤250,000 to Richard Branson's space tours business Virgin Galactica Higgins appeared on Prime Time last week to defend his premium text message business, Mobilemania.
