A 36-year-old Enniskillen man faces £200 fine for possession of a Class A drug following a recent sitting of Fermanagh Magistrate's Court.
Resident Magistrate Bonita Boyd heard how at approximately 2.55am on the 7th May, William Robert Semple from Loane Drive was a passenger in a Volkswagen Polo when two suspected Ecstasy tablets were seized from him. The defendant, the Court heard,admitted to the offence when interviewed by police and he confirmed that the drugs were Ecstasy tablets. Ms Boyd imposed a £200 fine and made a destruction order for the drugs.
