As part of a recent project Primary 7 from the Model Primary School in Enniskillen were involved in designing a healthy sandwich for the younger pupils.

Each of the three P7 classes designed their sandwiches in groups and went to Tesco to price the ingredients.

BUDGET

They then prepared a budget sheet and costed the ingredients which they sent to Mr Glass to apply for funding.

This was part of Healthy Eating Week in the school which included events such as Taster Day, Fitness Freddie exercise classes, Dairy Council visits and Smoothie Making.
