A 50-year-old Ballinamallard man faces a £100 fine and a 12-month driving ban for drink driving following a sitting of Fermanagh Magistrate's Court.
Resident Magistrate Peter Murphy heard how on the 21st April, Thomas Johnston from Laragh Lee, Ballycassidy was detected driving with excess alcohol. Defending, Andrew Reid told the court that Johnston, a retired civil servant had been in Enniskillen and had a meal with friends and had consumed drink but thought he was fit to drive.
