Farner funed £11,000
A Derrygonnelly farmer has been fined £11,000 for charges relating to cattle identification.
Dermot Carroll, Rosnarick Close, was convicted at Enniskillen Magistrates' Court on one charge under the Cattle Identification (No.2) Regulations 1998, one charge under the Cattle Identification (Enforcement) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 and 23 charges under the Cattle Identification (Notification of Births, Deaths and Movements) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999.
Carroll was convicted in his absence and fined £11,000 plus £40 costs.
