A 25-year-old Ballinamallard man faces a £250 fine and has had six penalty points endorsed on his licence after a number of motoring charges brought him Fermanagh Magistrate's Court.

District Judge Liam McNally heard how at 1.40am on the 29th September last, Daniel Jordan Wilson from Derryallen Road, Killymittan was driving a scooter along Belmore Street when he was detected without a licence and insurance. He said he wasn't aware he needed a licence for a 50cc scooter.
