Willie Rambler's high spec custom built niteclub celebrates it's first birthday this weekend. The last year has seen many internationally acclaimed DJs return to Enniskillen and has helped to put Fermanagh back on the clubbers map.
This weekend the club will celebrate in style with their biggest lineup to date. As a thank you to all customers there will also a special drinks promotion on the night. Doors open earlier than usual at 9 p.m. so come early as this event will be a sellout. Concept-Ireland have also been hired to 'dress the club,' for the occasion.
DJs on the night will include X-Ray and DJ Missbehaves now firm favourites with the Enniskillen crowd. They will also be joined by DJ LED who played in front of 10,000 people at the Slammin' Vinyl WestFest in Somerset last weekend. LED is one of Irelan's finest DJ/Producers and has been nominated for an award at the forthcoming Hard Dance Awards.
Headlining for this event will be Lisa Pinup. Lisa Pin-Up is the stuff off legend in hard dance circles, having cut out her own niche in the market with energetic DJ sets of skilful mixing and anthemic sounds making her a clubbers favourite and near permanent fixture in the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs. She's also notched up an impressive catalogue of best selling DJ mix compilation CDs and 12" single releases on leading labels, and off the decks her bubbly personality and stunning looks have also won over legions of fans and made her a media favourite, starring on countless magazine covers and making her one of the most familiar faces in dance music, and one of a select few DJs that can genuinely be described as a household name.
Lisa originally made her mark in clubland with a long running and highly successful residency at Freedom at Bagleys Film Studios in London and Miss Moneypennys in Birmingham in the late nineties, and it was about this time that Lisa's production career took off, being a founding member of the legendary Tidy Girls team alongside Lisa Lashes, Anne Savage and Rachel Auburn. She has remained a prolific recording artist ever since, releasing over 40 tracks and remixes on Nukleuz and her own Rock Hard Recordings and Cutting Soundz labels, even writing her very own artist album 'Biggest Baddest Mutha' to critical acclaim. Lisa is also a pioneer of hard house compilation CDs, mixing the best selling 'Hard Dance Nation' series on Warners, and more recently the 'Infinity' compilation on BMG and the Nukleuz Hard House Anthems series, earning gold and silver discs in the process.
Lisa remains one of only a few female DJs to have acquired truly global status, both on the back of her production work and extensive DJing schedule at leading club nights around the world. In the UK she headlines festivals such as Global Gathering, Creamfields, Escape Into The Park and Gatecrasher Summer Soundsystem, while also playing at hottest hard dance nights in the country such as Tidy Weekender, Frantic, Slinky, Polysexual, Dance Academy, Syndicate, Goodgreef, Wildchild, Sundissential and Storm. With such a high profile, Lisa is never far away from other big one off events, ranging from Gay Pride in London to special guest appearances in exotic locations, with Canada, Turkey, Holland, France, Majorca, Ibiza, Norway, Greece, Spain, Germany, Corfu, Cyprus and Dubai all regular destinations in Lisa's diary. Let's hope she adds Enniskillen as a regular slot in he dieary.
