A new solicitor was introduced to the Fermanagh Bar on Monday by local solicitor Tony McGettigan.
Mr McGettigan told the court that, as 'Father of the Bar', it was his pleasure to welcome Declan Marlowe to the court.
Mr McGettigan said Mr Marlowe was a past pupil of St Mary's High School, Brollagh and St Michael's in Enniskillen. He then went on to Queens University where he was President of the Law Society. Following a time in Australia he moved to Teeside where he completed his solicitor training in 2006. He now is employed with Murphy McManus solicitors in Lisnaskea.
Resident Magistrate Liam McNally welcomed Mr Marlowe to Fermanagh Courthouse and he wished him luck in his career, telling him there has always been a good relationship between the Bench and the Bar in Fermanagh. These sentiments were echoed by Ms O'Hare on behalf of the Public Prosecution Service.
