Singer, songwriter and musician John Murphy, originally from Maguiresbridge has recently released his new album 'Me and Paul'.

Now living in Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo, John, a former reporter with the Fermanagh Herald now works as a radio presenter for the afternoon show of CRCF, a community station in Castlebar.

As well as having travelled and played music in Germanay, Canada and England, John performed in Omagh based band 'Derek and the Sounds', and once appeared on 'Tea-time with Tommy' with guest Gloria Hunniford.

The CD includes a mix of songs including two originals 'Enniskillen' and 'Me and Paul', a collaboration with Willie Nelson.
