Garden party fundraiser a hit

Katie and Anthony Hamilton, who loaned their garden at Killyreagh, near Tamlaght for a fund-raising event, have thanked everyone who worked so hard to help raise money for the Palliative Transport Service.

"We are particularly grateful to those who ran the various stalls, generously donated plants, raffle prizes and everyone who baked so many delicious cakes for the cake stall. We would also like to thank all the members of Tamlaght WI for providing excellent home-made scones and cakes for tea, and for their generous donation."

"On behalf of the PTS, we would like to thank everyone for their generous donations. We are delighted to have raised £3,400."
