A 25-year-old man with an address in Irvinestown has been fined £450 and has had eight penalty points endorsed on his licence.
Sitting at Fermanagh Magistrate's Court, the Resident Magistrate Liam McNally heard how on the 15th April last year, police observed the defendant, Raimonds Trulevics from Sprucehill driving a green car. He had no insurance or vehicle test certificate. Defending, Aubrey Murray told the Court his client had an insurance certificate in Germany and thought it would have covered him here. He had tried his best to recover it, but was unsuccessful.The Court heard that the defendant drove a van and forklift and was covered by a work policy to do so.
