Ballinamallard's Miss Northern Ireland Judith Wilson arrived in style with award-winning actor James Nesbitt at the inaugural People of the Year Awards held at the Waterfront Hall.
Judith wasn't the only Fermanagh girl seen mingling with the stars. She was joined by her former Enniskillen Collegiate classmate Sharon Whittaker, from Maguiresbridge, who in light of this summer's spectacular Olympic Games in Beijing had the honour of meeting Northern Ireland's very own Olympic hero Dame Mary Peters.
Sharon spent most of her evening with the Olympic star who famously won the pentathlon gold medal at the 1972 games in Munich.
The Fermanagh duo were joined by a host of celebrities including Dame Mary Peters, who was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award, Ulster rugby legend David Humphreys (who picked up the Sports person of the Year award), actor Gerard McCarthy from Hollyoaks, TV presenter Zoe Salmon, BBC Radio Ulster presenter Joe Lindsay and artist Terry Bradley.
