Enniskillen's Grafton celebrates double success

The Enniskillen branch of NI's leading independent recruitment specialist, Grafton Recruitment, is celebrating a double success, having received their Investors in People award to add to the title of Agency of the Year 2007, which was claimed at this year's Workplace Employment Awards for Northern Ireland.

It's been quite a period of success for Grafton, both locally and internationally, with the Enniskillen branch fundamental to the achievements made, having been specifically commended for its quality of service and professionalism by the NI recruitment industry.

Speaking on the double award success, Enniskillen Branch Manager, Breda McElroy said: "To be recognised as the leading agency in Northern Ireland is extremely satisfying as it officially endorses our working practices and recognises our commitment to quality both for clients and candidates alike in Enniskillen and the surrounding area.

"It's a resounding vote of confidence by those who govern the industry in which we work. But, to have now received an 'Investors in People Award' as well this year just shows that not only are we putting local people first for local jobs in Enniskillen, but we're also proudly putting the development of our staff at the heart of the organisation."

Ken Belshaw, the Managing Director of Grafton Recruitment, presented a delighted Breda with the Investors in People plaque at an awards' ceremony in Belfast.

Mr Belshaw commented: "It's fantastic to see the hard work of the Enniskillen Branch officially acknowledged through this prestigious award of the Investors in People standard.

Grafton now has 79 offices in 19 countries, yet the Enniskillen branch remains a market leader at the forefront of the Grafton group and is held in very high esteem, Mr Belshaw remarked.

"The expertise, skills and knowledge of Breda and her team is regularly shared and used as an example of best practise as we continue to open new offices in countries such as Hungary, Slovakia and Greece."

Breda explained that the Enniskillen branch was opened in 1998 and, so, she and her staff were definitely well established in the town with four expert career consultants currently in post.

"But", she added, " I'm certain that these two latest successes will be a real boost for all concerned, including our clients and those registered with us who are looking for employment. Although we're filled with great pride, I know the awards will instil further confidence in those who depend on us to meet their recruitment needs."
