Help create a copper mile

Belleek Cross Border Childcare Centre aims to create a 'copper mile' in a novel fundraising event planned for Easter Monday.

Stepping Stones prides itself on its cross border and cross community ethos. A spokesperson for the facility stated the reason for this novel idea was to counteract the evaporating sources of funding in an effort to keep the centre viable. So it's all action at Stepping Stones as Board members, staff and parents are putting their shoulders to the wheel. The route has been measured to the nearest millimetre and being a border town and facility the copper trail will cross into Donegal. Weather permitting; a family fun day is being planned in the afternoon with lots of activities.
