As part of a special Mother's Day promotion, McAleer's SPAR, Irvinestown, held a competition instore for local residents to nominate their 'SPAR Special Mum' and win a great prize.

After Sinead McAleer, the store manager had made her decision, Darren Hughes, Business Development Manager, Henderson Wholesale presented the winner, Bernie Murphy from Sallyswood, Irvinestown with her prize. She was nominated by her daughter, Patricia.

Bernie's multi-prize included a £100 voucher for the Manor House Hotel, a £75 voucher for Physique Beauticians, a £50 SPAR grocery voucher and a fabulous hamper worth £25!

Fabian McAleer, store owner said he was delighted to have been able to make Mother's Day a little bit more special for Bernie.
