HOMEBUILDING AND RENOVATING

If you are thinking about building to renovating a house in the near future then you may want to check this site out. Homebuilding.co.uk is the online community for self-builders, home renovators and anyone interested in creating an individual home.

The site pulls its content from Homebuilding & Renovating, the UK's best selling magazine for self-builders. Content is constantly being updated and magazine subscribers can access the magazine's archive of articles including hundreds of readers' homes; house plans with sizes and costings; and extra features on subjects such as Design and Technical aspects.

The website also provides a discussion forum enabling self-builders to discuss their issues with like-minded individuals and seek expert advice online. It also provides a comprehensive directory of suppliers. This site is well worth the visit; it will enable you to gain inspiration and ideas, practical advice and tips and a general insight to everything that is involved in building or renovating a home.

FISHER-PRICE LITTLE PEOPLE

This site basically is an online advertisement for the products that Fisher-Price have on the market for toddlers and young children.

However it does have additional sections that made me think twice about bypassing it for review.

This particular section 'Little People' presents you with various online activities that are guaranteed to keep your children entertained for at least five minutes if not more. Wishful thinking, but nevertheless its worth a shot.

Fun activities include 'online colouring & interactive games', 'print your own colouring pages and activities', 'screen savers and desktop wallpapers' and 'storytime'.

Under online colouring and interactive games you will find activities such as Who's at the door, Shapes and Colours, What's Different, Stamping Game and Test your memory'. Under the Storytime section you can read the stories available and create your own which you can print out.

This site is one to visit especially if you have a little one to educate and entertain.

COWBOY LYRICS

If you love nothing more than listening to Country music then you will love this site. CowboyLyrics.com enables you to search for all your favourite Country and Western tunes at the click of the button.

All you have to do is use the alphabetical directory or use the 'Search Here' facility.

You can browse lyrics, music, songs, chords and tablatures. All albums listed are linked to Amazon.co.uk, so if the temptation to buy takes you, you can purchase the albums at the click of a mouse button.

This site is very easy to use and quick to load. It presents itself as the number one resource for country music on the web, and to be honest your would hard pushed to find a better site that will provide you with what this one does.

Whether you want to reminisce, learn the lyrics for a forthcoming karaoke night or simply want to widen your knowledge of country music, this site will help you along.
