Cilla Patton from Magheraveely, Newtownbutler has been selected to exhibit in the ING Discerning Eye exhibition in the Mall Galleries London.
The ING Discerning Eye is an exhibition of approximately 250 works chosen by a panel of six selectors; two artists, two art critics and two art collectors.
The intriguing exhibition provides a unique journey into the tastes of the six selectors including Bob Benton, Brenda Fenton, critics Robin Morgan and Frances Carey and artists Fred Cuming RA and Anita Klein.
The charm of the exhibition lies in the unpredictability ad variety of the selector's choice of works, providing the opportunity for the unknown and extremely well established artists working in different mediums and styles to show alongside each other.
A Swiss native, Cilla has exhibited with the Basement Gallery in Enniskillen.
Her work was also selected for this year's Royal Ulster Academy annual exhibition in Belfast.
Cilla graduated from the University of Ulster with a degree in fine art.
Her work is about people and their stories, real and imagined.
The paintings are in oils and mixed media.
Cilla's works are in several public collections such as the British Airports Authority and the Public Finance Office as well as private collections.
