On Tuesday last, the National singles were played down as far as the semi final stages in all three sections. There were plenty of tight games and a lot of fine bowls played. This is how the three sections are shaping up.

Section A: S Hall v G Hurst and H Nixon v A Graham

Section B: R Carroll v G Vennard and T Cathcart v B Hunter

Section C: M McGrade (Jun) v B Dunlop and D Carson v H Gawley

With some top bowlers left in the draw, this should prove to be a tightly contested competition. All 12 remaining bowlers have a great chance of going all the way and will have to be in top form to book their place in Ballymoney.

The Singles will be completed on Wednesday 29th November (tonight) in the Unionist Hall at 8pm.
