The Clogher Valley Darts League was due to resume during the course of this week following a very sad time for the local sport with the tragic passing of popular player Willie Hull, from Clogher.
There are seven rounds left in the league plus last week's postponed round of fixtures, along with the subsequent league play-offs and also the Cup.
Some important darts competitions are taking place over the next few weekends, starting with the Harran Memorial Day on Saturday at The Forest Inn, Brookeboro.
An open invitation is extended to all players for the Harran event and the action is due to start at 5.00pm in The Forest.
The Johnny Bogue Memorial competition then features at Bogue's Bar in Clogher on Saturday week, March 10th, starting at 4.30pm.
This is the 20th year of the local Bogue memorial tournament and a big field of throwers is expected to turn up for the renewal.
March and April are set to be busy months on the Valley darts scene, with silverware to be decided at the end of it all.
