Country music lovers have a very special treat in store when Louise Morrissey makes her visit to Tempo Community Centre,on Friday June 1st. On stage at 11.30pm. Doors open at 10.00pm.

Louise Morrissey has always been regarded as one of Ireland's most talented performers. She has sold thousands of albums over the years both at home and abroad. Louise has been voted female singer and country entertainer of the year on numerous occasions, and her live appearances both in the dancehalls and in concerts have consistently drawn large audiences.

Louise has toured extensively in The UK and The US, as well as appearances in Spain, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland, Canada and Lebanon where she entertained the Irish troops who were on peacekeeping duties. Now Louise is about to fulfill a lifelong ambition to bring her music to Australia! Her records have been selling there for many years and the demand to see her perform live is such that one of the biggest promoters in the region has invited her to do a four-week concert tour.

At home Louise consistently records top quality songs for her albums, and her current single is a beautiful number written by Shunie Crampsey entitled 'Morning Sun and Memories'. This song is taken from her current album 'Music In My Heart' and it is proving very popular with listeners of local and national radio.
