A new grant programme for small charities and community organisations has just been launched by Lloyds TSB Foundation and, for those in Fermanagh who want to know more, they are invited along to an information roadshow at The Aisling Centre in Enniskillen this Friday, 1st June.

The 'Creating Change' grant programme will offer up to six years of funding to charities working for disadvantaged people and communities. This is the first time an independent funding body in Northern Ireland has offered such widespread, long term funding to the voluntary and community sector.

The Foundation will specifically target charities working in the fields of social and community needs, and education and training. Up to £2 million will be made available to up to 20 organisations with a successful track record in addressing social disadvantage.
