Back in custody accused of theft

A Maguiresbridge man, only recently released from prison, was back in court last week to face charges of trespassing and theft.

23 year-old Stephen Crerand, of Main Street, Maguiresbridge, stands accused that on a date between May 14 and May 15 this year, he entered as a trespasser a dwelling at Silver Hill Manor in Enniskillen with the intent to steal within.

He is further charged that on May 15, he stole an MG vehicle, of value unknown, from a female.

There was no bail application, with the defendant to appear at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on June 11 by way of video link.
