My two boys Josh and Kenny were in care of ROSCORE from TUESDAY to THURSDAY they were not returned home they were taken with no notice straight to foster care I was phoned at 12.00 and told this.

I sent info to your place that would assist with my bouys councelling and SS Mary Connolley told me at core group wednesday your place had complained so she was seeking legal advice to remove my boys.

I am going to every and any newspaper that will listen

My 17 year old is in desperate need of counseling she has been on the list since January today she is almost suicidal. She has had to attend the same school as her brother who is currently in care and is SEVERE BEHAVIORAL DIFFICULTIES diagnosed in 2001 they attend the same school as my sons older girlfriend did last year, SS put my boys on the register as I told them the boys needed counsel after seeing the sexual encounters between the two, I had asked for help with my son at the same time as he had physically hurt me. I lost all because I asked for help My Daughter now fears returning to the school as my eldest will still be there to cause her fear and my young son Josh attends in September. WE ARE DESTROYED..........we have been begging offices for help and got NONE.

Friday before court on 6th Aug at Dungannon Social worker Mary Connolly was visiting boys at the house and informed me whilst Josh listened that she had returned from holiday and found a foster placement for my boys and just awaited funding. This shocked me and had Josh highly distressed. I talked to both boys about getting away to Rosscore the following Tuesday. I attended court on 6th and SS told court I had failed to attend one meeting and walked out of another because Ms McAloon was attempting to cause friction again, having had me under charge of assault, which was rejected by PPS.

They told court they had given me the wrong date for Dr Bownes appointment and that I had attended the wrong appointment. Court directed the boys remain in my home and SS make other appointments at the Family Center, Dr Bownes and return to court 3rd of September for case to be listed in September.

Boys were worried about going to Rosscore incase they were not returned home, Josh had already told the Judge of his worries that Mary would take them into care whilst PSNI held me back. This was reason for Magistrate Meehan direction for Family Center as boys developing fear of SS.

Mary did her weekly visit and was asked by Stacey 17 years old "why are you putting the boys in care Mary" Mary told her this was not happening and that the boys were staying here.

Tuesday I left the boys at Coleshill on the bus for Rosscore after telling Mary there was a problem with two other boys attending in that they had bullied Josh and Kenny at home. Appointment for Mr. Bownes was set for September; I await appointment for Family Center. I attended core group Wednesday but no one else invited came to that meeting.

Mary told me I may loose my boys because I gave information to senior staff at Rosscore that would help explain any problems the boys may have over their three day stay.

I was to lift the boys at Coleshill at 12.30 Thursday and as Mary reminded me at meeting Wed, I was to bring them back into Coleshill Friday at 9.00am Friday for appointment with Educational Psychologist and if I did not attend I would be seen to be obstructing SS and would loose my boys. At 12.00 before I left to get the boys Thursday I had phone call from Trust. Are you alone? You were told last week we have a place for your boys and they are now in place in Foster Care. I tried telling the caller I had been told in court the boys were going nowhere and were to stay with me but my phone is playing up.

I went to contact my solicitor, she is on holiday until Thursday next week, Barrister on holiday till end August.

I cannot understand why the boys are gone, I have not yet had chance to attend these appointments and the visit on Friday was to be the last visit anywhere in this assessment before court in September.

I asked the Care Unit as part of the Western Area Child Protection Committee to advise social services of any concerns from the video taken in Feb/March and if they have concerns to attend the meetings and if they have no concerns to pass their no concerns to the SS.

Today I asked the G.P. to locate my sons and visit and assure them I love them then return and assure me they are alright. I am asking Elaine McCabe to visit also as the boys liked her in the Unit. I want any representatitative from the NSPCC to arrance visit with my sons.

Another solicitor today was able to contact the lady who had spoken with me on the phone, this lady is named Christine Dodd's and informed the solicitor she wants to meet with me on Friday in Coleshill at 10.30 when she will explain why the boys were taken with no notice or preparations.

I ask that Elaine McCabe attend this meeting, as I have no legal representation until end of month.

I know my boys will be in some part of Coleshill at 9.00 when I am in Coleshill at 10.30.

I fear being given sight of the boys and having to leave them as Josh had spent all night before court on the 6th crying to me that he would run away as he heard Mary Connolly say she had placement. I had to advise my son not to do anything like that because I have to know he is safe and not out in the dark.

My Children will be scarred by these events it is Josh's 12th birthday on Tuesday.

Kenny needs his eye patches.

It is alright for Solicitors and the like to say the Trust will have to explain to any future court why they took the boys the way they did but in the here and now my boys are being caused needless distress and now have had their greatest fear realized.

Is this not an offence against the Persons Act infringement? The boys were not given choice they were taken from Rosscore holiday village and would certainly have objected to going anywhere.

Why were the Court Directions not followed? I have been attending meetings courts conferences core groups and appointments since NOVEMBER not a week has gone by without something that leaves us distressed.

Copy of this letter is being sent to all on my list in the HOPE someone somewhere will se that this act is not in the interests of my two young boys who are never any bother to anyone and are good children.

I am not permitted copy of the Care Plan so I have no idea of any plans except that the Barrister Karen told me on 6th that the boys were not going and that if any social worker mentioned fostering it had to be done in a planned way with a weeks notice in which time she would be back in court for a C2? But my legal reps are on holidays and Mary Connolly is aware of this.

Under Article 22 of the childrens Act any one with parental respnsibility can remove their child from any placement and bring them home. I would like to do this please.

Why was I not permitted to attend the last two arranged meetings that would hvave given us a break before court as I have been attending 2 sets Case Conferences Meetings Core Groups Courts in Omagh Enniskillen and Dungannon since November and missed one meet due to taking my boys to the dentist and one to the optician in all that time? I can show you diary of not one week when we had peace through all the trips and I attended every one.

Ms McAloon threatened in November if I did not sign in my eldest who is Severe Behavioral Diffs that she would take my younger boys, she started in February but has no backing from any other office in the Western Area Child Protection Committee.

As for the boys seeing an EDUCATIONAL PSYC tomorrow I WANT THEM TO SEE A CHILD PSYC, Social services have emotionaly abused them by telling them they have foster placements for them then letting them worry all weekend then going to court being told they will stay with me and to go have a wee holiday from all this hassle..............then ABDUCTED unable to even see me before they are taken!
