An Enniskillen man has been fined £300 for disorderly behaviour when he appeared before Fermanagh Magistrates Court.
Kieran Martin John Corrigan (26) from Old Rossorry Park came to police attention on 21st October 2005 at High Street in Enniskillen.
The court heard, on the night in question, the defendant was observed shouting loudly at a car, and when the vehicle stopped and the driver got out the defendant appeared to be offering the driver of the car 'on'.
Defending, Bernard Corrigan said something had happened earlier in the evening between the defendant and the occupants of this car.
Mr Corrigan told the court his client had alcohol taken this particular evening.
