Charges of handling a stolen Volkswagen Golf and of driving while disqualified were put to Jason Marcus Thornton when he appeared before Fermanagh Magistrate's Court.
Thornton, from Rossorry Terrace, Enniskillen, will face trial for the two offences, which are alleged to have occurred on the Wellington Road, Enniskillen, between 31st July and 5th August last year.
He denies committing the offences and was released on his own bail of £500 to appear back at Enniskillen Crown Court on 27th March.
