It is that time of the year once again. The very last Waterski Stop of the 2007 World Cup series will return to the picturesque Broadmeadow site in Enniskillen on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 7th. 8th and 9th.
Following the spectacular battles on the Jump Ramp, in Slalom and in Tricks of the past three years, Enniskillen promises once again to be one of the greatest displays of talent ever seen on the water. The Worlds top ranked Athletes from 15 Countries are heading this way - Canada, France, Greece, Great Britain, USA, New Zealand, Italy, Belarus, Denmark, Mexico, Belgium, Australia, Argentina., Colombia and Chile. As their are over 30,000,000 million active Waterskiers in the World today, getting in to the top 20 is a miracle. All of the Enniskillen athletes will be at this level !
For your information, you will find a World Cup Timetable attached. You will also be able to follow updates on the Irish Waterski Federation Web site at http://www.iwsf.ie
This year entry will be free and an action packed programme is guranteed for all ages.
This will also be a photographers paradise ! The entire competition course is set in the shadow of the 15th Century Enniskillen Castle. The athletes will be performing within an arms reach of the viewing areas at Broadmeadows, right in the heart of Enniskillen. The venue is located about two hours west of Belfast and two and a half hours north west of Dublin.
