Portora in Royal Schools Concert


Portora Royal School, Enniskillen will be one of a number of schools taking part in a Royal Schools Concert in the An Grianan Theatre, Letterkenny tomorrow night, Thursday 17th April 2008.

JOINING FORCES

Portora Music students will be joining forces with the music students from the other four Royal Schools to put on a concert next week in Letterkenny.

The concert is one of many events planned this year to mark the Quatercentenary of the five Royal Schools (Armagh, Dungannon, Raphoe, Cavan and Portora). Portora will provide a 20 minute programme including the school's Brass Band, the 1608 Choir and soloists John Sheridan and Kristain Swain.

The concert will begin at 7.30pm.

Tickets may be purchased from the Theatre's ticket office on 00353 74 9120777.
