Jail for assault

A 36-year-old Enniskillen man faces one year in prison after he faced one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

The jail term handed down to Eamon Maurice McCann, from Kilmacormick Road, has been suspended for two years.

Meanwhile, 22-year-old Connor Beacom, who address was Kilmahuddrick Lawns, Dublin, has been sentenced to two years imprisonment for the offence of grievous bodily harm, with this to be followed by one year on probation.
