A 19-year-old Kesh man has been sentenced to 10 months in a Young Offenders Centre after he was charged and convicted with two counts of assault causing actual bodily harm.
Ashley Irvine from Erne Park, appeared at Newtownards Crown Court, where he was further fined £200 for assault. Ryan Joseph Walsh (20), from Killycappy Road, Ederney, was also sentenced for two counts of assault causing actual bodily harm. He was sentenced to four months in a Young Offenders Centre. However, this sentence is to be suspended for two years. A 17-year-old from Townhill Park in Irvinestown was also sentenced to a probation order for one year for the offence of assault.
