A lively and entertaining celebration of everything festive made Christmas at Fivemiletown Primary School truly memorable for all those participating in or attending the Key Stage One and Two production of 'The Stars Come Out For Christmas'.

The children presented the show to audiences on three occasions. The children from Fivemiletown Nursery, Kids Are Us Playgroup and St Mary's Primary School were the first to enjoy the musical show which posed the question 'Who do you think would win an award for outstanding contribution to Christmas?' Nominees included Santa, Christmas trees, cards, dinner, snow and the Star of Bethlehem.

It was evident to everyone attending any of the performances how much the actors, singers and dancers had enjoyed collaborating on the production and how much they had benefited from the experience. Mr Thompson, the recently appointed Vice Principal commented on how impressed he was by the children's ability to work together to produce such an outstanding show.
