Ciaran back on our screen

Enniskillen's Ciaran McMenamin returns to our screens this week in 'True Dare Kiss', a disturbing six-part drama serial that promises an unfolding saga of intrigue, passion, revenge and redemption.

The Manchester-based drama follows the mystery of the suspicious death of estranged dad Stan (David Bradley) which is investigated by his offspring.

Starring alongside fellow Irish actor Dervla Kirwan, Ciaran plays the part of Bryce, a young psychologist who turns out to be a knight in shining armour specialising in a unique kind of therapy when he starts one of Stan's daughters in a course of treatment.

Since Ciaran gained a baccalaurete degree from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in 1998 he has starred in numerous screen and stage productions including the Channel Four comedy series 'The Young Person's Guide to becoming a Rock Star, the 2001 movie 'To End All Wars', drama series 'Pulling Moves', 'The Golden Hour' and 'Jericho'.

True Dare Kiss is on BBC One at 9.00pm on Thursday night.
