I want to congratulate the management and the footballers of the Fermanagh senior team on their excellent performances this year.

They have finished top of their division and gained promotion to Division Two for next season. They put up a tremendous performance in the Division Three final last Sunday, losing narrowly in a final worthy of a grander stage to a very good Wexford team.

I believe our lads deserve the commitment and support of all Fermanagh Gaels in the forthcoming Championship campaign.
