Two men have appeared before Fermanagh Magistrates Court for the purposes of a Preliminary Enquiry.
Roy Martin Maughan, (42), from Moynaghan North, Irvinestown and Thomas Maughan, (29), from College Park Lane, Enniskillen, face the charge that on a date between the 15th January and 22 July 2004, without lawful excuse, knowing that certain property namely a quad racing motorcycle had been obtained in Republic of Ireland under such circumstances had it been taken in Northern Ireland they would be guilty of theft had such property been in their possession.
The pair were released on £500 bail to return for trial at Dungannon Crown Court on the 10th June.
