YOU know the music - you may have seen the stage musical or even watched the film.

Now, get ready to come and see Key Stage 2 pupils from Jones Memorial primary school perform, and sing, their way through the wonderful Mamma Mia featuring the greatest hits of the pop super group Abba.

Guaranteed to get you in the mood for dancing in the aisles the pupils from primaries five to seven are all delighted to be introducing this fun-packed performance for two special nights this December.

Mamma Mia is the story of a single mother who has a profitable hotel and restaurant business on a Greek island, being faced, on the eve of her daughter's wedding, with the arrival of three middle-aged chaps, any of whom might be the girl's father. What a dilemma.

Any comedy potential in this situation is quickly stifled by the imminence of yet another song, the links between them being contrived in such a fashion as to bring gasps of delight from an audience enchanted with the sheer magic and fun of it all.

Timeless songs such as 'Dancing Queen', 'I Have a Dream', and 'Money Money Money' are ingeniously woven into an enchanting tale of love, laughter and friendship with the narrative carried along by the wonderful music the world knows so well.

Mamma Mia will be performed by the Key Stage 2 pupils of Jones Memorial Wednesday December 9 and Thursday December 10. Tickets are available from the school and the school can be contacted at 028 66323420.
