St. Mary's Primary School, Newtownbutler and Three Mile House National School, Clones, have teamed up with the National Trust's Crom in a cross-border art partnership.
Working with a number of artists, pupils will use their imaginations to create their own personal responses to the historic landscape that makes up Crom. Fifty children, 25 from each school will be working together with both artists and National Trust staff. Each child will be partnered with a participant from the opposite school and in small groups they will rotate through a series of workshops during the project. Art in the Wild will be celebrated on Earth Day April 22nd with an exhibition at Crom.
