See Neven cooking up in Dunnes

Don't miss the chance to see master chef, Neven Maguire, at work this Friday 6 June, when he will put on a cookery demonstration in Dunnes Stores, Enniskillen.

The award winning chef will be in store from 12 to 2pm, and he promises to cook up some tasty treats which you can try out at home. He will chose to cook from for a menu containing classic Italian Lasagne; special beef burgers; and 'Simply Better' striploin steak with black pepper sauce.

The popular Blacklion was the resident chef on RTE's renowned 'Open House' tv series from 1998 until the programme finished in 2004. He has also written a number of best selling cook books.

Still in his early thirties Neven has a host of awards under his belt including being named 'Ulster Best Chef' in 2007, and in the same year his restaurant MacNean House in Blacklion was named 'Georgina Campbell's Restaurant of the Year.

In 2007 he also took a special award for culinary achievements and tourism promotion from Cavan County Council.

2008 promises to be an equally successful year for the talented chef, so don't miss this chance to see the master at work first hand.

Neven will be in store from 12-2pm and everyone is welcome to attend.
