Fermanagh reached their first Ulster final in 26 years on Saturday night. And the Fermanagh Herald was there to get reaction of players, fans and from the opposition camp.
Eamon Maguire ran his socks off all day and was an inspiratinal figure in the Fermanagh attack. Sporting a nasty gash to his nose he expianed how he got the cut.
"I got a bad crack on the nose when a Derry man swung back and it was very sore but it wasn't going to keep me off the field for too long and I was mad to get back on," the St Pat's man explained before going on to explain what it meant to reach an Ulster final for the Fermanagh fans.
"It is great to get to the final. The supporters have been brilliant and have had a long time to wait to get to an Ulster final and now that we are there it would be nice to give them something else to cheer about."
And Eamon was clear that at no point did the Fermanagh players think that they were going to lose this game.
"We never thought that the game was gone. We believed we could win the match and even when we had the bad start that belief did not go, we just kept playing and stuck to what we had to do."
