With less than two weeks left to the Ulster Final, the county is reaching fever pitch to commemorate the ocassion.
And as flags come out, bunting goes up, and houses, cars and even pubs get a lick of green and white, so do more Fermanagh anthems come to the fore ahead of the Clones showdown.
And this time, it's Lisnaskea's Philip Swift and Kevin Donnelly who have released an album packed with local songs to complement the hype.
Back in 2004, Philip travelled the length and breath of Ireland to watch his beloved Fermanagh in the National League Campaign. It was during those winter months that Philip and Kevin, both of whom have a long affiliation with the music industry sat down and penned a song about the Fermanagh team. Little did they know that the next few months would bring the county to the brink of an All-Ireland Final.
Philip recalls sitting in Brewster Park on a summers evening in 2004 watching Fermanagh send the Royal county of Meath back down the N3, a late point had set Fermanagh up for a glorious summer at GAA headquarters in Dublin. That night the boys decided to go home and put the finishing touches on their song 'Cum on Fermanagh'.
Philip says it was always just a bit of craic but once people heard the song, it snowballed from there. Looking back now Philip remembers how the song became a great hit within the county and even got played in Croke Park the day the team defeated Cork. 'The craic and banter around the county was great that summer and the success of the team and the song went hand in hand'.
Now four years on Philip and Kevin are back with a remixed version of 'Cum on Fermanagh' for the 2008 campaign.
"Malachy and his backroom staff have really moulded the team into a force to be reckoned with," Philip said. "This year we really could bee taking the Anglo celt cup to Fermanagh and who knows we could even be back in Croker for a few momentous games."
This latest release is a new CD crammed full of songs about Fermanagh including My Fermanagh, Lovely Fermanagh, Lough Melvin's Rocky Shores, Back Home to Newtown, Anna from Fermanagh and Well Done Fermanagh.
