A BELLEEK man has appeared before Fermanagh Magistrates Court charged with disorderly behaviour.
Dominic Duris (29) from Blackrock Park, Commons, Belleek was fined £150 for the offence.
On September 1 this year police were called to an address in Belleek to reports that a male was causing a disturbance.
Police discovered the defendant who was acting aggressively and shouting.
A number of elderly residents live in the area and they had phoned the police. The defendant was arrested and taken to the police station.
Defending, Mr McCaffrey said the defendant was looking forward to addressing his alcohol problem and drank very rarely but when he drank he drank to excess. The defence solicitor said his client's memory of this incident is 'scant'. The court heard the defendant is learning his lesson and that he has co-operated with police.
