Ger Loughnane's famous statement when asked why he didn't field the same team that he named came to mind this week when Fermanagh and Monaghan released their team sheets for Sunday's championship quarter-final clash.
Loughnane told reporters that, if he could, he wouldn't tell reporters where the match was, never mind who would be playing.
It is often the case that manager's may have to switch their teams around prior to the throw, in but coaches can also change their line up to fool the opposing manager.
Such sleight of hand may be the case again this weekend.
Fermanagh boss Malachy O'Rourke has left out three players who started their national league final. They are Declan O'Reilly, Fergal Murphy and Mattie Keenan.
Furthermore, Mark Murphy and Marty McGrath have switched starting positions, with the latter being named at full forward and Murphy at midfield. The reason for that is, no doubt, to do with Murphy's exceptional performance in the Division three final when he was switched to midfield in the first half. He made six high catches and broke the ball for Fermanagh nine times during the match. However, don't rule out him switching to full forward during the game.
Monaghan on the other hand have named 11 players who featured in every one of their National League games. Goalkeeper Shane Duffy did not feature during the league, but Stephen Gollogly and Dermot McArdle only missed one game. Darren Hughes, who comes in to replace Gary McQuaid, featured in five matches.
