Arrest over Strabane sex attack

Police investigating a serious sexual assault on a 16-year-old in Strabane on June 16 have arrested a man in relation to the incident.

He was interviewed on Wednesday night and released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Meanwhile, detectives are urging any witnesses who have not yet spoken to them to contact Strabane CID on 0845 600 8000, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
