St Mary's Church, Melmount, was the setting for the wedding of Shane McConnell, son of Brian and Rosaleen McConnell, Mill Street, Newtownstewart, and his bride, the former Patrice Kelly, daughter of Pat and Tony Kelly, Melmount Gardens, Strabane. Groomsmen - were Pascal McConnell, brother of the Groom, Declan McConnell, brother of the groom and Tony McDevitt. Bridesmaids were Nicola Bradley (sister of the bride), Rachel Mehaffy and Nikki Kelly. Flowergirl was Kellie Bradley and pageboys were Brooklyn Stevenson and Deane Bradley. Fr. Michael Doherty and Fr. Stephen Kearney celebrated the mass, which was followed by reception at Abbey Hotel, Donegal Town. The couple honeymooned on a Mediterranean Cruise.
