Families let down

Having been involved in the Omagh bombing, i think that the situation that surrounded the memorial is a disgrace. Isn't it sad that in a small town that have stood united over the past ten years cannot agree on something as important as how to show remembrance to those who lost their lives on that awful day.

I was disgusted at the fact that the clergymen left it so long before deciding to attend the memorial service that was held on Sunday. Should the responsibility of these men not be to offer the families that have suffered for ten years as much spiritual guidance and emotional support as possible.

I think the importance of Omagh and what happened should be in the forefront of everyone's minds at this time.
