Melvin fun day for all

MELMOUNT Community Forum will be holding its Annual Intercommunity Sports/Fun Day this Saturday 11th August in Sigerson's GAA Grounds.

This is the fifth year this event has been held and it has always proven to be a great day's fun and entertainment for everyone in attendance.

There will be face painting and bouncy castles for the younger generation while the races and fun events will provide a challenge for the older children.

Parents will also be catered for with the sack race and 60y dash.

These races have always been very competitive with a blanket finish in last year's event.

All in all there is a great day's craic in store for everyone, so why not bring your kids along and enjoy the feast of events on offer.

The day'sevents will kick off at 2pm in Sigersons GAA grounds. Everything is free on the day and all children will be treated to lemonade and crisps.

Everyone welcome.
