You up for Red Cross challenge?

Is there enough adventure in your life? Are you up for a challenge? Do you want to help raise £1 million for vulnerable people in crisis? If so, there is still time to enter the Land Rover G4 Challenge, the adventure of a lifetime that combines off-road driving with kayaking, mountain-biking, abseiling, climbing and orienteering across some of the world's most remote and extreme terrain.

We're looking for men and women who enjoy testing themselves, both physically and mentally, to enter the challenge and help raise funds for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

The selection process is currently underway to choose one man and one woman to represent the UK in the competition. The successful two-strong British team will battle against teams from 17 other countries over a gruelling three-week Challenge Final which will take place next year in Mongolia. The winning team will be given a Land Rover vehicle to donate to their country's National Red Cross or Red Crescent Society.

There is still time but entries must be received before September 30. Simply log on to: www.landroverg4challenge.com
