FORMER staff of Herdman's Mill, Sion Mills will be reeling back the years next week when they hold a reunion in Sion Mills Recreation Club.
The event is being held on Friday, September 21 to mark the third anniversary of the closure of what was once of of Northern Ireland's biggest employers.
Commenting on the reunion, former Mill employee Paul Neeson said: "The closure of Herdman's had a major impact on the Strabane District. Almost every family in Sion Mills had someone who worked there at one time or another.
"And we thought it would be nice to give everyone the opportunity to get together and reminisce about old times.
"Everyone who ever worked in the Mill is invited and there will be complimentary food and wine and a band will be laid on for the evening.
Things kick off at 7.30pm and hopefully plenty of former employees will turn out to renew old acquaintances," he said.
